What you will do
As a Lead Learning Designer, you will be a crucial member of our team, contributing to the development and enhancement of engaging learning experiences. Your role involves translating educational goals into effective and innovative instructional designs. This position requires a creative and strategic mindset, collaborating with subject matter experts and leveraging technology to create impactful learning solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to conduct needs analysis.
Support in defining clear learning objectives & curriculum based on identified needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Learning Design and Development:
Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Incorporate sound pedagogical approaches to enhance learning outcomes.
Create instructional materials, including videos, activities, and assessments, and other kinds of material to support effective learning.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Develop assessments to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions.
Conduct formative and summative evaluations to gather feedback and continuously improve learning materials.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, educators, and technology specialists, to ensure alignment with project goals.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to meet project timelines and objectives.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Learning Designer or similar role.
Fluent in English; Working knowledge of Arabic is desirable but not necessary
Familiarity with instructional design models and adult learning principles.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
Strong creative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Continuous learner with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in learning and development.
