What you will do: As a delivery analyst you will be required to assist in various processes that ensure a seamless experience for all the teams involved including the students. You will be the POC in Lahore and work closely across teams and help in implementing our hybrid course plan.
Location Scouting: Identify suitable venues and spaces for conducting educational programs, workshops, and events. This includes researching potential locations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating logistics for setup and teardown.
Facilitating Classes: Assist in the coordination and execution of educational classes and workshops. This involves liaising with relevant teams, preparing materials, setting up equipment, and providing on-site support during sessions.
Logistical Coordination: Manage logistical aspects of educational programs, including scheduling, transportation, and equipment procurement. Ensure all necessary resources are available and properly utilized to support the lesson plan.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors such as location POCs and service providers to secure necessary resources and services for program delivery. This includes managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing service quality.
Student Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for students, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering assistance as needed. Maintain clear and timely communication to ensure a positive experience.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases related to program logistics, student information, and vendor contracts. Generate reports and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
About You
Fresh grad with a bachelor’s from a reputed university.
Expertise in Excel, Powerpoint and Word
Excellent communication skills with a dedicated sense of ownership.
