About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Learning Quality Assurance Associate to support the design, coordination, and continuous improvement of our hybrid learning experience. This entry-level role will work closely with cross-functional teams—spanning Learning, Operations, and Technology—to ensure our instructional processes, implementation practices, and learning systems are aligned, effective, and continuously improving.
You will serve as the bridge between strategy and execution, helping establish systems that promote clarity, accountability, and excellence across the educational experience
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Quality Assurance
Help develop and refine QA tools such as rubrics, checklists, trackers, and feedback templates.
Support the tracking of pre- and post-use quality checks for learning experiences and instructional resources.
Assist in collecting observation data, error logs, and stakeholder feedback using established tools and metrics.
Document and report performance data, highlighting trends and areas needing improvement.
Implementation and Coordination
Coordinate the rollout of instructional initiatives, session structures, and process guidelines.
Ensure workflows and communication loops are effectively executed from planning to delivery.
Content and Session Design Alignment
Collaborate with instructional teams to review and refine session plans, materials, and delivery methods to meet quality assurance standards.
Help ensure learning designs are consistent with organizational standards and learner engagement goals.
Cross-Team Communication
Act as a liaison between Learning, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure alignment and coordination.
Support regular update meetings and help document key decisions and responsibilities.
Translate and periodically share summaries of key learnings with wider stakeholders.
Tool and Workflow Management
Maintain and update internal tools that support planning, QA, and performance tracking.
Support the development of standardized templates, documentation, and workflows for cross-functional teams.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities, with strong project management skills.
Effective communicator, able to collaborate across departments and roles.
Attention to detail and ability to manage structured processes and data systems.
Analytical thinking, with the ability to identify trends, issues, and process gaps.
Tech-savvy, able to quickly learn and use productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms), project platforms (e.g., Notion, Trello, Airtable), and other internal systems.
Passion for improving the learner experience through structure, feedback, and collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to manage documentation, reporting, and implementation workflows.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
Understanding of educational platforms or LMS systems is a plus.
Knowledge of basic SQL is a plus but not required.
Experience working in a cross-functional team environment is a bonus.
Familiarity with digital learning tools, session observation, or educational QA practices is a bonus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required (background in education, instructional design, learning coordination, or related fields is preferred but not required).
0-3 years of experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
