Office: This role is full-time and Riyadh-based.
About the role:
The Head of Schools Program is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and execution of the Schools Program. This includes program design, implementation, partnership management, performance tracking, and continuous improvement to maximize educational impact across participating schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Set program vision and multi-year plans aligned with Noon’s goals; define KPIs to measure student outcomes; oversee curriculum and delivery frameworks.
- Program Implementation & Management: Lead cross-functional teams; manage rollout, timelines, quality, and budget for nationwide school programs.
- Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Act as main liaison with partners, funders, and government; prepare reports and presentations.
- Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning: Track and analyze performance data; drive evidence-based improvements; share insights and success stories.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead staff; cultivate high-performance culture; encourage innovation in digital learning and student engagement.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience, including 3–4 years in management consulting
Strong in problem solving, solution design, and executive reporting
Skilled in tools like Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint; design tools a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Arabic and English proficiency is a must
