About the role:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll transform ideas and briefs into eye-catching, on-brand visuals across digital and print. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to deliver designs that are not only visually striking but also consistent and effective in driving impact.

What You’ll Do

• Design social media creatives, display ads, landing page assets, email visuals, and simple motion graphics.
• Produce print collateral (posters, roll-ups, flyers, banners, event materials).
• Adapt master visuals into size/format variations while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support campaign concepts with moodboards, style frames, and quick explorations.
• Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to iterate based on feedback/data.
• Manage assets, organize files, and meet fast turnarounds with version control.
• Conduct basic image editing, retouching, and mockups.
• Create simple animations for reels/stories

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma/Canva.
• Basic motion/animation skills (After Effects or equivalent) are a plus.
• Comfortable with fast feedback cycles and tight deadlines.
