About the role

What you will do

• Manage the full general ledger cycle, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and closing procedures.
• Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections and accurate reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Experience with intercompany transactions and consolidated statements is a plus.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
• Work collaboratively with other departments, including finance, operations, and sales.
  
  Requirements
  
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a general accounting role, with experience in general ledger (GL) or accounts receivable (AR) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with the ERP system (NetSuite) is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience with intercompany transactions and consolidated statements is a strong plus.
