and Pakistan to ace high-stakes exams like Qudurat & Tahsili.
● Now: We’re laser-focused on reinventing schools in Saudi Arabia. We’re
accelerating rapidly, well-funded, and profitable.
● Office: Full-time, Riyadh-based. We’ve got a sweet office near the Boulevard, and
we’d love to have you in it.
About the Role
As the Head of Facilities you will be responsible for leading the design, execution, and
maintenance of Noon’s physical infrastructure; ensuring that every classroom, lab, and
shared space across our schools is built to inspire and optimized to function.
This includes end-to-end oversight of classroom development, facilities maintenance, vendor partnerships, and ongoing readiness across all sites.
You’ll collaborate with the delivery, Schools, and Tech teams to ensure every classroom
aligns with our educational models, and build systems that enable us to scale classrooms
with quality, speed, and cost-efficiency.
This role is for a structured, action-oriented operator who thrives on building systems,
leading teams, and solving problems at speed.
What You Will Do
1. Build & Scale Noon Classrooms
● Own the end-to-end process of physical classroom rollout — from layout design to
final implementation.
● Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality standards for classroom builds across
multiple locations.
● Ensure facilities meet the pedagogical and operational needs of hybrid teaching,
labs, and bootcamps.
● Work with delivery and product teams to define facility specs per use case.
2. Manage Maintenance & Facility Operations
● Build and manage maintenance protocols across all active campuses.
● Establish regular facility audits to ensure safety, accessibility, and readiness.
● Lead incident response and manage vendors for corrective maintenance.
3. Oversee Vendor Management (Design, Build, Furnish)
● Source, evaluate, and manage vendors across construction, design, furnishing,
and tech equipment.
● Develop SLAs, manage contracts, and ensure vendors deliver on time and within
budget.
● Align with internal stakeholders to select designs and equipment that match
learning needs.
How You Will Do It
● With a roadmap in hand, you’ll centralize all upcoming classroom builds into a
unified plan with clear milestones, ownership, and deadlines.
● With strong execution systems, you’ll bring order to chaos through dashboards,
checklists, and project trackers that flag issues before they escalate.
● With bulletproof processes, you’ll turn maintenance and support into a well-oiled
machine: documented SOPs, fast response flows, and zero guesswork.
● With cross-team alignment, you’ll work hand-in-hand with schools, delivery, and
Finance to stay ahead of needs — not react to them!
What You’ll Bring
● Facilities Operations Experience: Proven experience in managing multi-site
high-growth infrastructure, ideally in education, retail, F&B, or construction.
● Vendor & Cost Management: Proven experience managing external vendors with
quality and cost KPIs.
Strong Project Execution: Skilled in planning, budgeting, tracking progress, and
resolving blockers at speed.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive in catching issues before they happen — and
solving them when they do.
- Cross-functional Communication: Ability to work across schools, delivery,
product, and finance teams.
Why Work at Noon
● Own execution at scale — lead the heartbeat of a national education network and
make it hum with precision.
● Operate across product, education, and delivery — with the autonomy to shape
how things get done.
● Grow with speed and purpose — work on meaningful, fast-moving problems with
real-world impact.
● Be part of the transformation — help reimagine how schools in Saudi Arabia
operate, scale, and deliver joy.

About Noon Academy
Noon Academy is the leading edtech platform in the Middle East, with over 14 million students and teachers using our app to learn, teach, and collaborate. We have recently raised $41 million in Series B funding to expand our reach and impact in the region and beyond. We are on a mission to transform the physical classroom experience by introducing our highly engaging social, group-based learning and AI to make learning fun and improve learning efficacy. Our ultimate goal is to provide access to the best teachers to every student even if that teacher is only available virtually. We believe we can do this if we blend AI, peer-to-peer learning, and a carefully designed physical space.
