Head of Marketing
Shaping the Next Gen Schools
We’re on a mission to radically change the way people learn. We believe in solving hard
problems, and we play to win—we measure progress by revenues, students, and
learning gains. Our approach? Build high-performing teams, giving them the freedom to
dream big and execute boldly.
Today, we’re building the next generation of schools in Saudi Arabia. We believe every
student deserves world-class teachers. And to make it happen, we’re reimagining
everything about education: from cutting-edge tech to peer learning and physical spaces
that spark curiosity.
Learn more about us:
● 10+ Years of Impact: Started with a simple idea—access to the best teachers
shouldn’t be a luxury, and learning should energize, not drain you.
● Market Leaders: 20 million students (and counting) use Noon across Middle East,
and Pakistan to ace high-stakes exams like Qudurat & Tahsili.
● Now: We’re laser-focused on reinventing schools in Saudi Arabia. We’re
accelerating rapidly, well-funded, and profitable.
● Office: Full-time, Riyadh-based. We’ve got a sweet office near the Boulevard, and
we’d love to have you in it.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to own and amplify Noon’s story — one that
students love, parents trust, and communities talk about. You’ll be the brain behind how
we grow: not just in enrollments, but in reputation, presence, and reach.
This is not a behind-the-desk marketing role. You’ll be out in schools, on the ground with
students, and constantly shipping bold campaigns that move hearts and metrics.
What You Will Do
1. Brand & Storytelling
● Craft Noon’s narrative — one that reflects student dreams, parent aspirations, and
our bold mission.
● Lead all creative, visual, and messaging work across campaigns, channels, and
cities.
● Own the storytelling machine — from student quotes to billboard headlines.
● Turn everyday school moments into shareable experiences.
2. Drive Awareness & Reach
● Lead top-of-funnel efforts to grow brand visibility and recognition, and use both
needed tactics to build trust and hype.
● Plan and execute high-impact events that bring Noon’s mission to life: school
launches, parent open houses, student expos, and brand activations.
3. Strategic Planning & Execution
● Own the GTM engine & strategy across product lines, defining clear positioning,
messaging, and the channel market fit.
● Build the operating rhythm, set and manage the annual and semesterly marketing
calendar, and sync campaigns with product launches, admissions cycles, and
school milestones.
● Drive field activations, parent engagement campaigns, and school-based brand
experiences that convert trust into action.
● Partner closely with Product, Experience, and School teams to plan ahead, unlock
growth bottlenecks, and move fast when windows open.
4. Manage Partners, Creators & Vendors
● Lead external agency relationships, influencers, designers, and event producers.
● Be scrappy when needed — know when to hack it in-house and when to go
premium.
● Ensure high-quality output while maintaining budgets and timelines.
How You Will Do It
● With sharp storytelling, you’ll turn our student wins into brand moments that live
in hearts and feeds.
● With on-ground obsession, you’ll get inside schools, streets, and homes to
understand what resonates.
● With strategic discipline, you’ll align creative instincts with data, timelines, and
business goals.
● With relentless resourcefulness, you’ll find a way to get it done — even when
budgets are tight or timelines are brutal.
● With student pride, you’ll make Noon a badge that every student is proud to wear
and share.
What You’ll Bring
● Marketing that moves people, you’ve led bold campaigns that blend storytelling,
trust-building, and real conversion, especially in youth-centric or fast-paced brands
● Creative instinct, execution muscle, you know how to shape a narrative, write a
brief, and get the creative out the door without dropping the ball.
● Vendor wrangling + team orchestration, you’ve managed agencies, freelancers,
and cross-functional partners — and know how to get the best from all of them.
● Grit + mission drive, you believe education can be reimagined, and want to put
your craft behind that mission.
● Saudi-first mindset, you speak the language (literally and culturally), and know
what resonates with Saudi youth and families.
Why Work at Noon
● Own execution at scale — lead the heartbeat of a national education network and
make it hum with precision.
● Operate across product, education, and delivery — with the autonomy to shape
how things get done.
● Grow with speed and purpose — work on meaningful, fast-moving problems with
real-world impact.
● Be part of the transformation — help reimagine how schools in Saudi Arabia
operate, scale, and deliver joy.

We have recently raised $41 million in Series B funding to expand our reach and impact in the region and beyond. We are on a mission to transform the physical classroom experience by introducing our highly engaging social, group-based learning and AI to make learning fun and improve learning efficacy. Our ultimate goal is to provide access to the best teachers to every student even if that teacher is only available virtually. We believe we can do this if we blend AI, peer-to-peer learning, and a carefully designed physical space.
