About Noon
We’re on a mission to radically change the way students learn. We started with a simple idea—access to the best teachers shouldn’t be a luxury, and learning should energize, not drain you. We believe in solving hard problems, and we play to win—we measure progress by revenues, students, and learning gains. Our approach? Build high-performing teams, giving them the freedom to dream big and execute boldly.
Today, we’re building the next generation of schools in Saudi Arabia. We believe every student deserves world-class teachers. And to make it happen, we’re reimagining everything about education: from cutting-edge tech to peer learning and physical spaces that spark curiosity.
We’re aiming for an IPO, and the product you’ll build is core to getting us there. The scale is real. We expanded to 28 schools in our second year of operations, and we're expanding to 100+ schools around the Kingdom in the near future.

Why This Role Matters
We're building and scaling an international-curriculum school offering. The work is real-world and high-accountability: pilots inside schools, hard constraints, and commercial ownership. This role turns ambiguity into a repeatable expansion playbook and scales what works.
Role Summary
You'll join the International Expansion team to design, validate, and scale our international-curriculum schools. This is an operator role spanning discovery, strategy, execution, and commercial ownership. As you deliver results, your scope expands to owning an entire market or major initiative.
What You'll Own
PMF + pilots: define the segment, sharpen the offering, and validate through pilots and data
Cross-functional execution: drive plans and accountability across Growth, Learning, Ops, and Product
Commercial outcomes: pricing, unit economics, margins, revenue targets, and rollout trade-offs
What Success Looks Like
First 90 Days
A clear segment hypothesis and offering narrative backed by real parent and student insight
1–2 pilots launched with measurement in place (activation, retention, learning outcomes, unit economics)
A written scale decision memo: what to double down on, what to stop, resourcing requirements, and pricing/unit economics recommendation
3–6 Months
A repeatable pilot-to-scale playbook (operating model + GTM + measurement + pricing/unit economics)
Partner and channel pipeline with progress against agreed commercial targets
A working weekly cadence across functions (milestones, owners, accountability)
6–12 Months
Ownership of a market or major initiative end-to-end (strategy + execution + commercial performance)
Clear improvements in outcomes that matter: adoption, learning, unit economics, and growth
Responsibilities
Research markets, users, and competitors to surface the highest-potential opportunities
Design and refine our core offering across geographies (program + experience + operating model)
Own PMF validation through pilots, instrumentation, and real-world feedback loops
Drive cross-functional execution with clear plans, milestones, owners, and follow-through
Build and execute GTM strategies across acquisition channels and partnerships
Own commercial performance: pricing, margins, revenue targets, and trade-offs
Ideal Candidate
Must-Haves
Fluent in Arabic and English
Based in Riyadh (or able to relocate by an agreed date)
4+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in high-ownership roles
Strong structured communicator (writing + stakeholder alignment); can turn ambiguity into a plan
Comfortable with numbers and analytical work (funnels, unit economics, pricing, trade-offs)
High bias to execution: you run the pilot, not just recommend it
Nice-to-Haves
Background in expansion/strategy & ops, or growth/marketing, partnerships/BD, or early-stage operating roles, or consulting
Experience in education, youth, or consumer products in KSA/GCC
Experience building new programs or offers from scratch and scaling them
What You'll Get
Direct mentorship and exposure to senior decision-making
Rapid skill development across strategy, execution, and commercial ownership
Scope that expands quickly based on results (market/initiative ownership)
Competitive compensation and meaningful impact at scale

About Noon Academy
Noon Academy is the leading edtech platform in the Middle East, with over 14 million students and teachers using our app to learn, teach, and collaborate. We have recently raised $41 million in Series B funding to expand our reach and impact in the region and beyond. We are on a mission to transform the physical classroom experience by introducing our highly engaging social, group-based learning and AI to make learning fun and improve learning efficacy. Our ultimate goal is to provide access to the best teachers to every student even if that teacher is only available virtually. We believe we can do this if we blend AI, peer-to-peer learning, and a carefully designed physical space.
