Key Responsibilities

• AP Lifecycle Leadership: Oversee the full Accounts Payable cycle, from invoice processing and internal approvals to final payments, ensuring total accuracy.

• Approval & Quality Control: Review and approve invoices, ensuring every transaction is properly recorded in the General Ledger (GL) and compliant with company policies.

• Vendor & Relationship Management: Manage key vendor relationships and take the lead in resolving complex discrepancies to maintain a healthy supply chain.

• Process Optimisation: Monitor AP aging and implement strategic improvements to optimise payment cycles and enhance liquidity.

• Internal Controls: Strengthen and enforce robust internal controls over the AP process to mitigate risk and ensure financial integrity.

• Treasury & Cash Management: Execute payments, oversee bank reconciliations to ensure balance accuracy, and assist in preparing essential cash flow forecasts.

• Master Data Management: Maintain and update vendor master data within the system to ensure database hygiene.

• Closing & Audit: Support month-end and year-end closing processes and act as a key point of contact for internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

About You

• Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Treasury functions. Experience in a "Senior" role is preferred.

• Systems: Deep expertise in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP). Oracle NetSuite experience is a significant advantage. We need someone who loves developing systems and automated workflows, not just managing spreadsheets.

• Analytical Mindset: Data-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage high-volume transactions while spotting process inefficiencies.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills in English. You must be a "Lean Team" player—someone who takes full ownership of their work and is willing to "roll up your sleeves" to get the job done.

• Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Power Pivot tools.
