Strategy Manager – Global Growth & Philanthropic Partnerships
Help us to build the future of school at Noon Academy!
About Noon
We’re on a mission to radically change the way students learn. We started with a simple idea—access to the best teachers shouldn’t be a luxury, and learning should energize, not drain you. We believe in solving hard problems, and we play to win—we measure progress by revenues, students, and learning gains. Our approach? Build high-performing teams, giving them the freedom to dream big and execute boldly.
Today, we’re building the next generation of schools in Saudi Arabia. We believe every student deserves world-class teachers. And to make it happen, we’re reimagining everything about education: from cutting-edge tech to peer learning and physical spaces that spark curiosity.
Role Summary
The Strategy Manager will be the chief architect of our international expansion and funding roadmap. You will define our digital-first educational models as world-class, scalable solutions and position Noon as a premier partner for international philanthropists, tech-for-good funds, and global NGOs. This role is about transforming localized success into a globally recognized blueprint for educational equity.
Key Responsibilities

Model Standardization: Refine the value proposition of our hybrid learning models (integrating tech, pedagogy, and infrastructure) to ensure they are "investor-ready" for diverse global markets.
Expansion Roadmap: Develop strategic playbooks to enter "look-alike" markets across the Global South, identifying high-potential regions for digital transformation.
Outcomes Framework: Build data-driven "Success Dashboards" that provide real-time evidence of student progress and system efficacy to international stakeholders.
2. Strategic Global Fundraising
Portfolio Diversification: Target Global Philanthropic Funds and CSR arms of multinational tech corporations to move beyond local funding.
Institutional Bidding: Lead high-stakes grant applications for international development agencies focusing on the digital transformation of education.
Innovative Financing: Explore alternative revenue streams such as Social Impact Bonds or "Pay-for-Success" models to fund large-scale rollouts.
3. Brand & Thought Leadership
Global Positioning: Position Noon as a leader in the "EdTech-for-Equity" space by securing presence at global summits.
Strategic Narrative: Evolve the brand voice from a regional provider to a global pioneer in digital literacy and future-ready schooling.
Validation & Awards: Lead applications for international certifications and education awards that validate our quality on the world stage.
4. Ecosystem Building
Strategic Alliances: Form partnerships with global EdTech providers, universities, and research institutions to co-develop content or validate pedagogical methods.
Donor Stewardship: Curate a "Global Advisory Circle" of influencers and supporters to act as brand ambassadors in major financial hubs.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: MBA or Master’s in International Development, Strategic Management, or a related field.
Experience: 6+ years in Strategic Fundraising, Corporate Strategy, or Venture Philanthropy, preferably within the EdTech or NGO sectors.

About Noon Academy
Noon Academy is the leading edtech platform in the Middle East, with over 14 million students and teachers using our app to learn, teach, and collaborate. We have recently raised $41 million in Series B funding to expand our reach and impact in the region and beyond. We are on a mission to transform the physical classroom experience by introducing our highly engaging social, group-based learning and AI to make learning fun and improve learning efficacy. Our ultimate goal is to provide access to the best teachers to every student even if that teacher is only available virtually. We believe we can do this if we blend AI, peer-to-peer learning, and a carefully designed physical space.
