Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Management: Review, verify, and process vendor invoices with high accuracy and within established timelines.

• Vendor Relations: Maintain up-to-date vendor records and act as the primary point of contact to resolve discrepancies or payment issues.

• Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliation of vendor statements and support bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.

• Treasury Support: Monitor and update bank balances and transactions daily to ensure liquidity visibility.

• Data Integrity: Post journal entries related to Accounts Payable (AP) and treasury transactions; ensure proper filing and documentation for all AP activities.

• Month-End & Audit: Assist in month-end closing activities and support internal/external audits by providing necessary documentation and schedules.

• Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.

About You

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a general accounting function. Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) is required; Oracle NetSuite experience is a significant advantage.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. We value candidates who prefer automated systems over manual spreadsheets.

• Detail Oriented: An analytical mindset with the ability to manage a high volume of transactions without losing sight of the details.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills, as English is our primary language for global collaboration.

• Growth Mindset: Strong ownership and a "roll up your sleeves" attitude. We are a lean team where responsibilities can evolve—we need folks who are ready to go Beyond Self.
