About the role:

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for scaling Noon Academy’s education program for out-of-school children across Punjab. The Senior Manager – Expansions will lead the growth of the program from its current footprint of 10,000 students across 25 schools in 3 districts to an ambitious target of 1 million children across 500+ schools across the province.

The role requires a strategic and execution-focused leader who can drive expansion planning, build and manage government partnerships, ensure strong on-ground execution, and build high-performing field teams to deliver growth at scale.

Core Responsibilities

1. Lead Expansion Strategy & Scale

• Develop and drive the expansion strategy to scale the program across Punjab

• Identify high-priority districts, communities, and growth opportunities

• Build district-wise rollout plans aligned to enrollment and growth targets

• Develop scalable operational models for rapid and sustainable expansion

• Continuously refine the expansion model based on learnings from the field

2. Lead Government Partnerships & Stakeholder Management

• Own and manage the strategic relationship with Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) and other key ecosystem stakeholders

• Drive alignment on approvals, compliance, reporting, and operational coordination

• Build trust and maintain strong working relationships with district and provincial stakeholders

• Represent Noon in government engagements, review meetings, and partnership discussions

3. Drive Execution & School Launches

• Ensure end-to-end launch of schools within agreed timelines and operational standards

• Oversee site readiness, enrollment readiness, staffing readiness, and operational setup

• Track and deliver against school launch and student enrollment targets

• Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks quickly to maintain growth momentum

• Ensure quality and consistency across all launched schools

4. Build & Lead Field and Operations Teams

• Build, manage, and strengthen field and operations teams across multiple districts

• Define team structures, roles, and execution rhythms to support scale

• Drive accountability, ownership, and performance discipline across teams

• Coach and develop team members into future leaders

5. Performance, Monitoring & Impact

• Establish KPIs across school launches, enrollment, retention, attendance, and student performance

• Build monitoring systems to track operational and academic performance

• Review field performance regularly and drive corrective actions

• Generate performance insights and impact reports for internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure the program is delivering measurable educational impact at scale

What We’re Looking For

• 6–10+ years of experience in expansion, operations, program management, or business growth

• Strong experience managing large institutional or government partnerships

• Proven ability to build and scale operations from the ground up

• Strong leadership and team-building experience

• Strong execution rigor and operational discipline

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across geographies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Passion for education and social impact
